Terms and Conditions

First General
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. Contrary provisions of the contract, we oppose herewith. All agreements require written confirmation from us.
We are always entitled to change these terms and conditions, including any investments with reasonable notice or supplement. Detailed orders will be processed according to the still valid old general business conditions.

Second Offer
Our offers are non-binding. Deviations and technical changes to our illustrations or descriptions are possible.

Third Delivery and Payment
Our delivery and payment are in the order form. There is no minimum order quantity. All our prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make a partial delivery if this is advantageous for a speedy settlement. From our customers want special delivery (eg Express) are calculated using local supplement.

4th Delivery time
Goods that are in stock are usually within 3-4 days for shipping. If the goods are in stock, we are committed to fast delivery. If non-compliance with a delivery or performance due to force majeure, labor disputes, unforeseen obstacles or other circumstances beyond our control, the deadline will be extended accordingly. Failure to meet the delivery period for reasons other than the above reasons, the buyer is entitled to put in writing a reasonable grace period with warning and after the unsuccessful expiration of the contract delivery or performance of the contract. Is the inability to supply the inability of the manufacturer or our supplier, we can either withdraw from the contract and the buyer. Claims for damages because of delay or inability or failure to comply, including those that are incurred up to cancellation of the contract are excluded.

6th Warranty
We guarantee that the goods sold at the time of transfer of risk-free from defects in material and workmanship and the contractually assured characteristics.
Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for defects and quality. In the case of obvious defects must be made within 14 days after discovery in writing to us. Otherwise the warranty for these defects. The warranty is 24 months from delivery. With complaints the purchase date will be established with a bill. The defective product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice to be sent postage paid.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty is void if the customer modifies the product.
We have during the warranty period, the right to free repair. A partial or complete replacement is allowed.
If deficiencies are not corrected within a reasonable period, the buyer has the right to change or decrease. It applies to § 476a BGB.

7th Retention of title
Until full payment, the goods remain the property of "Biesdorfer corrosion protection", and Nils Michaelis.

8th Data storage
According to § 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we point out that in the context of business data needed by a computer system in accordance with § 33 (BDSG) and stored. Personal data is treated confidentially. Terms and Conditions are separate from us, it does not apply to the laws and regulations of the Civil Code. See Statement of Privacy.



Revocation
Withdrawal
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reasons in text form (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline expires - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before receipt of the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 1 and 2 draft Law, as well as our duties according to § 312g-section 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB. Consequences
In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. Exclusion of revocation

The right does not apply to contracts
- The supply of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable by nature for a return or spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed.
